INFORMATION FOR TENANTS

ADMINISTRATION I AGENCY FEES

A fee is due prior to the start of the tenancy to cover the Tenant’s share of administration costs,
including preparation of the tenancy agreement, referencing and credits checks, check-in and
inventory costs, Administration and Referencing:

  • This fee is charged at £250.00 for the 1st Applicant
  • Each Subsequent applicant is charged at £125.00
  • In the event a guarantor is required the referencing process will be charged at £75.00
  • Student Application/Room £125.00

Renewal Fee £75.00

Check out Fee £75.00

Room Check out Fee £40.00

Late Rent Reminder (second letter) £20.00

Late Rent Reminder (Third Letter) £20.00
